The order process
Once we receive your logo and your payment, we will customize your set of H-Sphere flash tutorials. Once completed, we will send you a link to download a .zip file from our server which will contain all your tutorials (approximately 42 MB). This link will remain active for 1 week. Typically your H-Sphere tutorials will be completed within 48 hours. Due to the nature of the product, absolutely no refunds will be given after purchasing this product.
